Our Mission

To rescue and rehabilitate at-risk or discarded animals, to connect those animals with people, and to promote healing for animals and people through the horse/human relationship.

Wrong Turn Ranch started in 2014 and became a nonprofit in 2024.

Our work includes:

  • Providing a forever home for neglected or abused horses including veterinary care and ongoing training.

  • Placing recovered horses with new owners.

  • Offering temporary shelter to pregnant dogs (and their litters) at risk of euthanasia, helping them return to health before adopting them out to loving families.

  • Partnering with rescued horses to provide equine-assisted learning opportunities.

Everything we do for the people and animals in need in our community is made possible by the generosity of our donors.

Wrong Turn Ranch’s Federal Tax ID # is 93-2174391
